Appointments
Appointments are available Monday thru Saturday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. We use Schedulicity.com for making online appointments. If you do not wish to use Schedulicity.com, please call us to book your appointment.
Please Note – Massage appointments and package appointments require a
minimum 24 hour advance notice for appointment. Same day appointments
are not currently available. All massage and package appointments
must be booked by calling us at 757-222-4600.

What is microneedling?
Microneedling is a minimally invasive procedure for your skin. Your healthcare provider uses thin needles to make tiny holes in the top layer of your skin. The damage helps stimulate your skin’s healing process, so it produces more collagen and elastin. These proteins keep your skin firm and smooth.
Most people get microneedling on their face, but you can also get it on your legs, back, neck or other areas where you notice damaged or aging skin. You’ll probably need multiple treatments to achieve your desired results.

What is Microblading?
Microblading is a semi-permanent eyebrow procedure that is carried out by a qualified technician using a specialist hand-tool which holds disposable microblades.
How does it work?
The required pigment is deposited into the superficial dermis of the skin with the disposable microblade which allows the technician to create hair strokes which look like natural eyebrow hair.
How does it differ from semi permanent tattooing?
Microblading differs from conventional semi-permanent tattooing by the very fact that it is a manual procedure. When using a hand held micro blade, the colour is deposited closer to the surface than when a machine is used leaving very fine and crisp hair strokes with no spilling under the skin.
How long does the pigmentation last?
Microblading tends to last between 18-36 months and after this period of time may need a colour boost or refresh.
Does it hurt?
Like all semi-permanent procedures microblading will require a topical anaesthetic which can be topped up throughout the procedure making it relatively painless.

Shirodhara is a very deep relaxation treatment. It is also recommended for people with infertility problems or women going through menopause.
Shirodhara treatment can be added to any body massage treatment or other spa treatments.

Cancellations
Life can be busy and full of the unexpected, so if you must cancel your treatment, be sure to give us at least 24 hours notice prior to your treatment. Otherwise you will be charged the treatment price.
- ADVANCE BOOKINGS: We request at least 24 hours advance notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment, or you will be charged for the full service.
- SAME DAY BOOKINGS: Same day bookings must cancel 4 hours prior to their scheduled appointment to avoid being charged for the full service.
- All appointments scheduled with less than 4 hours advance notice and a no-show occurs, you will be charged for 50% of the amount of the service.
